Job 1: Title: Executive (Program Management) - 01 (Female Staff)
Job Description:
As Executive (Program Management) you will be required to coordinate the following activities for AAPL Development Centre & TTRC.
1) Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/ visitors/enquirers and relevant staff. 2) Interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions with effective data management of electronic information. 3) Office Administration, Fixing Appointments and coordinating the same.
4) Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
5) Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner. 6) Log information on calls received, where required and maintains detailed and accurate records. 7) Maintain Administrative control on specified functions and report irregularity if any. 8) Good Communication Skills required
