Course Duration: 6 weeks

This is a fast-paced program (Technical & Management) designed to address the job profile requirements of HVAC Design Engineer –CAD relative to the Psychometric analysis, Product Design Concepts, Thermodynamics analysis, Design optimization & Validation with CFD.

  • CFD Implementation in HVAC and its advantages.
  • Flow through pipes – Design Study
  • Structure Modeling & Assembly - CATIA
  • Surface Modeling - CATIA
  • Sheet Metal Design - CATIA
  • Flow loss calculations with CFD
  • FVM approach with ANSYS
  • ANSYS WB -  Pre-processing– FV Modeling &Turbulence Modeling
  • Discretization- Grid Geneneration/Refinement/Boundary Conditions.
  • ANSYS Fluent – Flow Simulation
  • HVAC Design Optimization –CFD.
  • Design Projects/Case Studies.
