- Introduction to Pipe Stress Analysis, Design of Pressure Components.
- Pipe Span Calculations, ANSI & ASME codes.
- Expansion loop joints, Flanged joints, Pipe Connection to equipments.
- Tool Familiarization
- ANSYS for Pipe Stress Analysis
- CAESAR -5. 10 – Bonds, Restraints, Hangers, Expansion joints, miscellaneous models
Module: 3 - Process Design & Management System (PDMS)
- Plant Layout Design & Plot plants.
- Equipment creations, Equipment modifications,Using coordinates, Standard equipments.
- Pipe placements, Drawing manager
- Process Flow Diagram – PFD
- Piping & Instrumentation Diagram – P & ID.
- Line Numbering, P& ID Requirements
- Print Reading Exercise, Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, & Piping GA Drawings.
